Louise Geddes
Louise Geddes (Editorial Board Member) is an Assistant Professor of English at Adelphi University, and works in the area of Shakespeare adaptations and appropriations. Her work has been published in Shakespeare, Shakespeare Bulletin, Medieval and Renaissance Drama in England, Interdisciplinary Literary Studies, Upstart Crow, and This Rough Magic. Her current projects include a cultural history of Pyramus and Thisbe, and an edited collection, entitled The Shakespeare User: Creative and Critical Appropriation in the Twenty-First Century. She will be chairing the seminar, Socialist Shakespeares at the World Shakespeare Congress in 2016.
